SUBMISSION TERMS and CONDITIONS:
By entering information into the above form and clicking the submit button, you give Whiskey Trends and Steve Kirwan (the “Publisher”) express permission to use such information (the “Post) for any legal purpose and agree to all of the following:
- For the valuable consideration of name accreditation, I give the Publisher non-exclusive rights to use the Post in perpetuity, and that I shall receive no monetary consideration or other compensation for the Post, nor shall I have a claim to any ownership or rights to any media, website, publication, or service where the post is uploaded or displayed, or to the Post itself other than I retain the right to submit the Post elsewhere.
- I give the Publisher express permission to upload, display, and share the Post to any websites, including social media, or online or other advertising, and/or for any other legal purpose.
- I give the Publisher express permission to modify the Post, with as little change as possible (as determined by the Publisher) and without notice, to enhance, improve, or better fit the Post to the format, style, or purpose of the media where the Post will be displayed.
- I certify that the information included in the post is mine, is accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that the use of and/or reference to any product or name thereof is for educational and editorial purposes only.
- I understand that the Publisher may reject the Post for any reason without notice.
- I acknowledge that the date, time, and location of any publishing of the Post, if any, is at the sole discretion of the Publisher.
- I agree that if any part of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in force.
- I authorize the Publisher to submit my email address to the WSG Insider Club Mailing List, and to allow the Publisher to send email to me for any legal purpose until such time that I submit an express notification to stop sending emails.
