Jameson lent ex-whiskey casks to Franciscan Well Brewery of Cork, Ireland to age their “Jameson Stout,” then reused the stout-soaked casks to age the whiskey.

- Nose: Coffee, chocolate, and fruitcake with notes of freshly mown grass, orange zest, and cereal grains.
- Palate: Oily mouthfeel, soft and round, with a maply sweetness that dissipates into fresh orchard fruits, floral hints, and a walnut-like bitterness that balances the sweet.
- Finish: Slightly warming with a long finish of creamed coffee, cocoa, orange-gummy-bears, and a hint of hops. Satisfyingly smooth.
